Barbara Jones - Founder/CEO

I am the Founder/CEO of one of One2One Network which is a leader in the women's word of mouth marketing space. 

Prior to founding One2One Network, I spent 20 years in marketing, sales and distribution in the music industry creating successful campaigns for a wide variety of artist and soundtrack projects. My prior positions included SVP Marketing - Columbia Records and SVP Marketing – Warner Bros. Records among others.

I am also the Co-Founder of one of the top women's blogging conferences called BlissDom which is in both the U.S. and Canada and a partner in the integrated brand agency Blissful Media Group.

 I have a wonderful family with my husband Chris and my kids Dylan, Daniella and Jackson.  We love winter sports, family dance parties in our PJs and great friends.

Paula Bruno - President

I joined Intuition Marketing/One2One Network as President about one year ago.   

Additionally, I am a partner in one of the top women's blogging conferences called BlissDom and a partner in the integrated brand agency Blissful Media Group.

I have over two decades of business experience. In 1996, I helped co-found United Rentals, Inc., the world’s largest equipment rental company. I assumed broad responsibilities but my main areas of focus were in the areas of business development through acquisitions, strategic planning, risk analysis, financial analysis,and public relations.         

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to advancing the lives of women and girls through economic empowerment. My life and goals continue to be modeled after a journey from a humble beginning as a paper delivery girl to business leader. I am fueled by the belief that the world might be a better place if all women were able to assert their economic clout.  I consistently seek to use my time, treasure and talent to try to make a difference where I can.  I am a member of Golden Seeds, a women's angel funding network and have sat on women focused boards, such as WBDC of CT. 

I live with my husband and two amazing daughters, Gianna and Carissa in New Canaan, CT. 

Amber Maduell - Vice President

A NYC marketing maven born out of the music biz, I wield my pop culture know-how and digital media savvy to oversee the marketing campaigns for One2One Network.  

Prior to One2One Network, I worked at Columbia Records and Warner Bros Records where I worked with platinum and developing artists learning the ropes of grassroots and digital lifestyle marketing.  

A native of California, I am a graduate of University of Southern California’s distinguished Annenberg School for Communication.

Malia Carden - Community Manager & Blog Editor

I have been a blogger for five years, periodically reinventing myself so that I'm now on my third personal blog, Just Malia. In 2008, I joined the editorial staff at Blissfully Domestic and in 2010 became the community manager for the Blissfully Domestic forums.

Also in 2010, I made my social media consultant debut by providing support to One2One Network on their Twitter and Facebook accounts. I have previous experience as a virtual assistant for a social media consulting company and find this new media platform to be a perfect fit for my interests and abilities.

I'm an avid reader, enthusiastic cook and baker, improving photographer and imperfect environmentalist. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, David and we have two children. We live in Nashville, Tennessee yet none of us own a cowboy hat or a pair of boots. My favorite word, however, is “y’all”!
